SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS

Please provide any specific instructions at the checkout (e.g. leave at the front porch, with concierge etc.). Unfortunately, once your package is shipped, we are not able to notify the courier, so any further modifications would become customers responsibility.

Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over its handling or delivery. If your package has not arrived within 10 business days for Canada or 15 business days for international orders, something may have gone wrong.
